 CVFC Dining Hall Rental FAQ’s  

•    What are the rental rates for the Hall?
    •    The standard rates are $75 per hour (minimum of 4 Hours), $50.00 Service Fee and a $100 deposit that will be returned after the event.  The deposit will hold the date of your event and will be due once agreement is signed.  The balance is due 10 days prior to your event.  These rate are subject to change.

        Will I have access to the Kitchen Facilities?
    •    Unfortunately, the kitchen on the premises is not available for renter use, but there is an onsite caterer, Our Towne Catering, that may be available to provide catering services for you.  Their contact number is 215-822-1016.  You are also able to use a caterer of your choosing or bring your own food and drink.

       Is parking available?
    •    Yes, there is parking in the stone lot on the side of the building, the rear of the building and on Jenkins Street.  Please use the stone lot sparingly, since this is the parking for our CVFC members’ who may be called in for an emergency fire call.

     When will I receive my security deposit?
    •    Once CVFC has determined that the Hall and its contents are free of damage, we will issue you a check and send it to you via mail.

     What is the maximum capacity of the Hall?
    •    No more than 100

      May I decorate the Hall?
    •    Yes, you will be able to gain access to the Hall 1 hour prior to your scheduled event.  The decorations may be placed on the floor and the tables.  You may not hang, tape or suspend decorations from the walls or ceilings.  No open flames or candles are permitted.

       Will the tables and chairs be set up for the event?
    •    Yes, CVFC will set up the tables and chairs for you based off the number of expected guests.

        Can I bring alcoholic beverages?
    •    Yes you may provide alcoholic beverages to your guests, but you take full responsibility and must follow all laws.

       Is ice available?
    •    No, we do not have an ice machine.  Most of our renters will bring in coolers for ice and beverages.

        Is Sparky and Fire truck rides available for my children’s birthday parties?
    •    Yes, for a donation to the Fire Company, we can arrange for Sparky and Fire Truck rides.
